On the Service Design Team, you will have the opportunity to design and innovate complex product-service systems to integrate into the business models of our client companies.
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, design (UX/PSSD/Service Design), or IT
- Excellent knowledge of Design Thinking and Service Design dynamics and activities
- Experience in analyzing business models and marketing/communication strategies
- Familiarity with digital technologies and trends, with a particular focus on opportunities for impact, interaction, and implementation complexity
- Proven experience in designing and developing multi- and omni-channel customer experience solutions, company process mapping, and Personas, Event Storming, User Journey Map and, principally, Service Blueprint services
- Excellent English
- Willingness to travel in Italy and internationally.
Nice to have:
- A Masters or specialized degree in digital technology: Interaction/UX/ Service Design, Computer Engineering, Informatics
- Method certification: Agile, Lean, Scrum
- Knowledge of Systemic Design and Organization Design
- Prototype coding capability (HTML + JS, Node.js, PHP, Python)
- Public speaking experience at conferences, workshops, seminars, etc.
- Professional experience in B2B and B2B2C
- Familiarity with Digital Transformation and Design Leadership processes
- Leadership qualities for inspiring, debating, and persuading.
