Service Design

On the Service Design Team, you will have the opportunity to design and innovate complex product-service systems to integrate into the business models of our client companies.

Must have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, design (UX/PSSD/Service Design), or IT
  • Excellent knowledge of Design Thinking and Service Design dynamics and activities
  • Experience in analyzing business models and marketing/communication strategies
  • Familiarity with digital technologies and trends, with a particular focus on opportunities for impact, interaction, and implementation complexity
  • Proven experience in designing and developing multi- and omni-channel customer experience solutions, company process mapping, and Personas, Event Storming, User Journey Map and, principally, Service Blueprint services
  • Excellent English
  • Willingness to travel in Italy and internationally.

Nice to have:

  • A Masters or specialized degree in digital technology: Interaction/UX/ Service Design, Computer Engineering, Informatics
  • Method certification: Agile, Lean, Scrum
  • Knowledge of Systemic Design and Organization Design
  • Prototype coding capability (HTML + JS, Node.js, PHP, Python)
  • Public speaking experience at conferences, workshops, seminars, etc.
  • Professional experience in B2B and B2B2C
  • Familiarity with Digital Transformation and Design Leadership processes
  • Leadership qualities for inspiring, debating, and persuading.
